Trading Strategy 3 – Swing Trading

Swing trading is a medium-term trading strategy used to capture profit from asset price swings. After analyzing market trends, swing traders will buy assets and hold their positions over a few days to several weeks before reselling them for a profit.

Traders who adopt swing trading strategies are called swing traders. They are also fundamentals traders who hold their positions for more than one day. The trading strategies adopted by most of fundamental traders are also swing trading strategies. Formula

Interpretation

One must watch for the crossover of the Aroon up and Aroon Down which signal potential trend changes.

Key Observations

When the market changes from bullish to bearish, the Aroon Up crosses above Aroon Down.
When the market changes from bearish to bullish, the Aroon Down crosses above Aroon Up.
When the market is trending with strong momentum, the Aroon Up will display extreme readings for an uptrend and Aroon Down will display extreme readings for a downtrend.
Lastly, when the market is sideways, the Aroon Up and Aroon Down lines will be parallel to each other.

If you analyze the Aroon formulae, you will note that there is only one parameter, time period. There is no reference to the price itself. So this indicator gives you trend and momentum in terms of time. Ideally, you would want to recommend, some kind of price action analysis like Candlestick patterns or moving averages.

इस strategy में आप छाए तो Exponential Moving Average – EMA का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं या फिर Simple Moving Average – SMA का।
Moving Average प्राइस जो मूव करता हैं उसका एवरेज होता हैं जैसे की ९,२१,५०,१००,२०० दिनों का।
Moving Average एक ट्रेंड फॉलोविंग इंडिकेटर हैं। जिससे हमें पता चलता हैं की मार्किट या शेयर की चाल क्या हैं।
अगर शेयर बाजार Uptrend या Downtrend में हो तो ही आप इस Moving Average स्विंग ट्रेडिंग स्ट्रेटर्जी का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।

मूविंग एवरेज से स्विंग ट्रेडिंग करने के लिए आप एक बार ऊपर दिए गए चित्र को ध्यान से देखे।
ऊपर दिए गए चित्र में आप देख सकते हैं की जो लाल रेखा हैं वो 50 Day moving average हैं और जो नीली रेखा हैं 21 day Moving Average हैं।
जब 21 day Moving Average लाल रेखा के ऊपर जाती हैं तब हम शेयर को buy करते हैं और नीली रेखा 50 Day moving average के निचे जाती हैं तो हम शेयर Sell करते हैं।
आप जो चाहे उस दिन की मूविंग एवरेज का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं।
